You know how you see your kids every day and they don’t look like they are growing or changing very much, but then your parents come to visit and exclaim how much they’ve grown? It’s kind of like that. When you look in the mirror every day, you probably won’t be able to visually ‘see’ how much weight you have really lost. For that, you need HCG photos.
