HCG Diet Nevada: Rapid Weight Loss
Rapid weight loss is never easy Nevada, but it is certainly possible with the HCG dieting program.
The way I see it, there are only a couple of ways to lose weight quickly, but one of them involves cutting a limb off, which, unless completely necessary, is not recommended. The other way to lose weight rapidly is called the HCG diet. I have experienced this first hand, which is why I am writing about it.
Summertime is here, and in our beautiful state of Nevada, we tend to flock to the pools, beaches or any body of water that will cool us down. This is always a blast, unless you feel completely self-conscious about how you look in your undressed state (been there, done that). The great news is, I know about rapid weight loss, and you still have plenty of time to shed a whole lot of weight in just four weeks.
This HCG dieting craze that is sweeping the nation, is doing so for a reason. Many have called it the “miracle diet” because it teaches dieters how to lose weight quickly; not because it is easy, however. This diet is wonderful but it requires a great deal of dedication and determination to see it through. It involves a very low calorie intake, which at times is not particularly easy to follow. The food allowed on the diet, while very sensible, is limited as well. The low calories only total up to 500 per day while you are losing weight. One might speculate that anyone would lose weight on such a low cal diet. This, however, is not true. If your body is not getting enough calories to sustain your activities, it goes into a shut down, or “starvation” mode to preserve the stored fat cells. The HCG hormone (taken either by drops or injection) tells your body that it is not starving, and allows it to burn or metabolize the stored fat. The outcome is spectacular, especially if you are one of those who is used to working ceaselessly and dropping a pound or so a week. With this diet, one can expect to lose a half to a full pound a day! And that is the miracle part about it. It is very rapid weight loss.
People ask me all the time if this is a safe diet. I tell them that the food is very sensible. It includes protein (lean red meat, fish, chicken), vegetables and fruits. That is nothing but healthy. While the food is sensible, it is very restricted to a low number of calories. This, along with the smart food, creates weight loss, which in my case is unbelievably healthy. In short, the HCG diet is one of the healthiest diets I have ever explored! Compared to the all rice diets, or the all grapefruit diets, or the all cookie diets, or even the all meat, cheese and mayonnaise diets, this diet is very sensible and designed using a combination of common sense and science. I would say that to compare these fad diets to a sensible weight loss plan like the HCG diet is laughable.
Here is another thing that people ask me. They want to know if, when you stop the diet, the weight comes right back on. The answer is “of course.” That, Nevada, is a no-brainer! Is there any diet on the face of the earth, that when stopped, doesn’t allow the weight to come right back on? One of the integral parts of the HCG diet is the maintenance program. A diet should never end, it should become a lifestyle. While the very low calorie phase may end, one has to continually nurture their metabolism. If they don’t they will end up just as they were before they started the diet. While I enjoy the HCG plan, I really don’t want to go through it again, I’d just as soon continue the sensible eating and watch my scales on a regular basis.
